"Great place to stay. Safe area of St. Louis and loved that there was a parking garage and the hotel would validate your parking ticket so you didn’t have to pay for parking at the hotel. I do wish the restaurant would have been open for lunch and dinner but as of now it’s only open for breakfast. Beautiful and clean hotel and staff was very friendly. Will stay here again when visiting St. Louis "

"The information packet to checkin was a lot . It wasn't very helpful and I would imagined that those less tech savvy would give up and go elsewhere. The complex it cute and well decorated. We saw the same staff member 2x and he was helpful. The rooms are tight and the hot water is slow, it could be overcame if the common Areas were well appointed. They were not. No cups, no sugar, no cream, no pastries... It one staff member came at the last moment with a few donuts. Parking was the biggest...
