"Central location, grand exterior, room was generously sized but decor not particularly luxurious. A bit stuffy in the room ( 25 degrees c. ) as they turn off the climate control in the autumn, I guess to save energy/costs. The windows can be opened but that didn’t help if you want to shut out light and noise. Very helpful staff, organised transfers to/from Santiago with the excellent driver Adrian. I like the option of eschewing housekeeping service in return for a free drink at the bar. "

"AC works only in manual mode. Either you turn it on or off manually, it doesn’t stop blowing. It impossible to sleep with open windows becase the hotel is on the hill, and motorcycles make laud noise during the nights. There no good restaurants around, all serve just tapas. To find one you have to walk at least a mile. In general all restaurants on the main street in Moana are kind of weak, nothing worth noting. The carpet in the hallways in the hotel is weared out. "Staff was nice. Shampoo was nice. Noisy but not hotel’s fault. People out enjoying themselves until late into the night. "
