"Taka-san was friendly and in fluent English explained all the important stuff like where Jacuzzi, Showers, Breakfast, Tea etc were. Traditional breakfast was also nicely described. He helped us dispose old luggage at extra cost, per regulation. Good service. Clean place. Convenient location."

"Great apartment with separate bedroom and much bigger than usual Japanese hotels. Beds comfortable, clean bed linen and towels, lots of hot water and pristine bathroom. Minimal kitchen facilities but good for breakfasts and those wanting to eat out. Landlord accessible and a great communicator. Exceptional value for money. "

"This ryokan was in the perfect location just around the corner from the Senso-ji temple, shopping, dining and the metro. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were decent and the sleeping mats were pretty comfortable. No food options available, but did offer free snacks, dining area to eat and restaurant recommendations. You can schedule a time each day to use their large private bath which was nice, but one day they never called me to use it on my scheduled time. Overall, a nice traditional place...
