The staff provided good service and had a very good service attitude. There were two problems however. The most serious was a room that was so damp that there was a mildew smell, the bed clothes were always damp to the touch, when I set my clothes out at night for the next day, the next morning they were wet, and my vitamin C tablet even dissolved over night when put out on a dish in the open air. The mildew gave me severe headaches as well. The second problem is the breakfast was not good and the coffee worse. My husband and I ended up eating at a nearby Chinese restaurant called Tai Hing (太兴) that had excellent Chinese breakfasts and good coffee. However, this meant we incurred extra cost.

We stayed just one night before sailing out of Hong Kong on a cruise. It wasn’t glamorous in any way but it fit the bill perfectly after an overnight flight from Toronto, the day before sailing. Room was small but comfortable. Bed was cozy. Washroom had all of the amenities needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options were limited, however, the food did not taste as good. Few guests walked out since the photos on the menu did not look well presented. I just ordered the same thing 2 weeks in a row knowing that I will eat it. The coffee should be refilled often since the little cups are not even 6 oz and the waiters only fill half way.
