Just the right size on a quiet street. It was decorated in a way that made us feel at home. Its nearby all the wonderful places that Smyrna has to offer. "The property was a nice treat for our family. We really enjoyed the theatre room. The back deck had beautiful sunrise views. We all agreed that more trash cans were needed. I have a neurological condition that makes climbing stairs almost impossible. This is not listed as an accesssibke property. Overall, great!"

"The overall experience was good for the price. We were dismayed at first to see that the house was both very small, and on a mixed-use street with plenty of dark alleys for shady characters to lurk. It reminded me of where I lived in college; affordable, cute-- but don't want to jog after dark. No sidewalks, dirt lots. "Other reviews have stated that their stay felt more like being at home than in a rental. I have to agree. It is a beautiful old house that has been renovated and made to be comfortable, from the updated kitchen to the comfortable couch in the TV room. My son recently moved to Marrietta. My wife and I met our daughter down there to visit. Not being familiar with the area, we looked at a lot of houses before deciding on this one. We couldn't be happier with the choice.
