「The property is in the midst of a renovation and there was scaffold up and lots of workmen running about. My room was on the third floor and the old elevator didn’t inspire confidence! However, this didn’t interfere with my stay and the staff were superb. My single room was very clean and well equipped and quiet being at the back of the property. 「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
