Broken TV but got a differ T room.
"Got to the room and of course the first thing my husband does is turns on the TV. It was broken. He took a picture of the broken screen and went to walk to the gal at the desk. She said she didn’t have any tvs but she could move us to another room. That worked out well. Thankful for the service. "
