There were a couple minor issues with the room amenities; bathroom heater, cold tile floor. "The room was basic, but clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very warm and friendly, always greeting us in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon. My son left his ski jacket in the room when we checked out. When we realized it many hours later and contacted the front desk, they were able to locate the jacket immediately and worked with an outside contractor (ILeftMyStuff.com) to box it up and send it back to my son via UPS.
