"This was a great place, the breakfast was always good with a wonderful selection of different menus each day. Close to the beach and the person who helped us book our luau was fantastic. "

"I like the location, great ocean view room. Good breakfast choice, Hawaii coffee, and very nice staff. Nothing really I don’t like, if anything I would say a little noise sometimes and hearing loud talks from adjacent room. "

Every single staff member helped us along the way from the staff at Shor restaurant, Swim, parking staff, front desk, housekeeping, and valet staff everyone’s care and kindness went a long way with us. Grace at the front desk gave us helpful tips to guide our stay to be extra fun and special for the kids. We had such a great time! "

"The staff was awesome, the room was always ready when we came back from lunch, the bar staff at the infinity pool were impressive, so attentive and friendly. I had al ready told a couple of people that that’s the place to stay at. Kids or not! "

"Our family enjoyed our stay at the hotel. With Expedia’s VIP perk, we received 5 breakfast coupons and our room was upgraded to a larger room. Water temp was great and the removable shower head was a definite plus for our kids. Our room had the pool view so we could hear the live music from the lanai. The onsite restaurant and bar, Monkeypod, was delicious. The food and drinks were so good that we went back. Staff were all really nice. My BIL plans on visiting Waikīkī in December and we’re going to recommend the hotel to him for his stay! "
