Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. "We loved the King Charles Hotel! It was whimsical, charming, and comfortable. The staff took care of everything that we asked for quickly and the were knowledgeable and helpful about the area. The room was clean and the vibe of the hotel was welcoming! The coffee was great in the lobby in the morning. The Pinecrest Diner was across the street and our favorite place to eat while we were in San Francisco. We definitely recommend the King Charles Hotel!"
