"Everything was perfect even from the very moment we stepped on the property. They offered us coffee, lemonade, and sparkling wine, and snacks while we waited for our room room. We stepped outside to the foot spa and had a cocktail and after a short wait, we were escorted to our room, beautiful clean with an amazing view. All the amenities were spot on. I highly recommend this hotel. "

The view from our personal onsen was beautiful. After a week of walking around tokyo it was the perfect way to relax. The food was great and we loved our personal dinning area. I have no complaints at all. If you are looking to stay in hakone, stay in Hakone Airu. "

"Hotel Okada is slightly further from the Station so recommend arranging Taxi services ahead of time if necessary. Location is an older location but very well maintained. Appreciated the breakfast's buffet variety and available facilities. We were there for a single overnight stay but definitely is worthy of a 2 or 3 night stay to relax. Line for the shuttle can get long with all the hotels that are serviced. Tatami room was definitely spacious and provided ample room for a small family if needed."

"Great facility. Friendly staff. very spacious room based on tokyo standard. Great onsen choices We get to enjoy Hakone Kowakien Yunessun for free while staying at Ten-Yu! Kids love the free ice cream options too. Okada Museum of Art and Family Mart are within walking distance. A bus runs directly to Hakone-Yumoto and Odawara, with the bus stop right in front of the hotel. "
