"Great location if going to Universal and right on International Drive so have choice of restaurants and buses to take you to premium outlets or other shops on I drive. Shuttle buses to Universal excellent and also has Avis car rental on site."

"The hotel itself is very nice, but the room was just ok. For the amount of money paid per night, the room was pretty bare, nothing special about it at all. The only thing that made the hotel worth the price, in my opinion, is the fast passes that were included for the parks. Overall, it was clean, ok enough, and I would stay again, but only for the fast passes. "

"There was a bit of a hiccup at check in when we switched to another person at the desk so we didn’t get all the information we needed to navigate the parking. When we got to the lot, it was a very tight turn for our large truck then we had problems with getting access to let us out. It would have worked if someone had told us what card to use at check in. We loved the easy access to the park and next time we will hopefully know how to get through things easier. All the staff was friendly and...
