Great holiday stay
Absolutely loved the area. The house has all things we needed. So many dvds to choose from and some games and the kitchen was amazingly fully stocked with utensils we did not expect. So close to the beach and river with amazing views. We will definately be back.

Great location and facilities although Air Conditioning would be a must in summer
Great stay just a couple of improvements would be great, flywire door to upstairs area, TV downstairs would be great if you could watch regular channels and not just DVD's and if your there through summer air con would be a must

Perfect location and great set-up for families!
We had a great stay. The location was perfect, and the house was great for a couple of families. There were plenty of sleeping and recreational areas, and toys for the kids. The check-in process was a bit of a mission. I didn't receive an SMS (as advised), and the property manager just quickly gave me the code over the phone. While she was perfectly friendly, she was then impossible to get hold of when I couldn't get into the property (because I had been given the wrong code). I tried calling her three times (left an urgent message once), and texting, while we were stuck outside, and never heard back. Eventually, I rang the head office, who gave me the correct code. After this hiccough, however, everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had issues with Power Point with property. As soon we ON the heaters during winter season all power points sockets turn off and would trip off from main switch board. It was very inconvenient to ON the switch from the mains and also our food in fridge got spoiled and were left without food. The coffee machine was also not producing hot filtered coffee. We contacted the property management about issues we were facing but no action was taken. The barbeque outside was not clean. Would not recommend

Reviewer Comments: It was very easy to book, and the reservation and checking in was good.The house is in a great location, so close to the beach, with nice gardens. The house has a well stocked kitchen which was nice. However, the house could do with a bit of a makeover. A couple of the beds were uncomfortable, and the curtains in some of the rooms were missing hooks, which did not look nice. In some of the bedrooms,there were no bedside lamps or extension leads to plug either them or the fans into. The sofa in the games area is collapsing, and there were only two bar stools around the bar, which was not enough for a house that size. Some of the door hinges were squeaky, but we fixed them with some WD40. The BBQ drip tray outside was full. it just felt like no one had done anything for the house for a long time.
