"When I arrived at the hotel, I like it very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and it had nice views. It also had separate cans for the trash to help the environment. Since I had to leave the hotel very early every day, I was not able to taste the breakfast but I understand the food is great. "

"By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the city of Guatemala. We’ve stayed in 4 different ones nearby and this has exceeded our expectation. The other hotels are nice but the bed was always hard and that’s a big deal breaker. We’d leave hurting from our backs and hips after staying in those hotels. This hotel is beautiful, clean and great service. We had their buffet breakfast which was superb. "
