"Hotel was generally good. Great location and pretty good value for Midtown NY. The staff we interacted with were friendly but slow, and they only cleaned our room once over five days. The front desk staff also lacked knowledge sometimes, and did not follow through on requests for extra blankets, pillows, or water in a timely manner."

"Great location for the price! Staff was friendly and attentive. Ex: rooms are not serviced every day, but a quick phone call got our room turned over without issue. They also provide a large number of toiletries that one might need, and were great about storing our bags after check out so we could roam the city for a few hours. I'd love the corners of the shower to get a little attention, but other than than, great property and would recommend! Rooms are very small, so pack light preferably. "
