Our room a bit dusty and the in-room phone covered in an age old coating of dust, not sure how that happens in a place like this. The room we stayed in was missing a fridge and the teapot had been stolen. Front desk replaced the teapot but no fridge. "The staff at the Hotel were outstanding. Those who stand out are the Bar manager, the concierge, the guest check in staff. My daughter and I were staying for 3 nights, we found it necessary to change rooms. The first room they gave us had no "windows" as they were frosted over. Its nice to be able to look out a window even if its just to see the weather outside. We were also disappointed when we asked to see the events facility. My daughter is a Librarian and we had hoped to see the library room...

"The hotel was just where we wanted near to a lot of theatres comfortable bed nice room and bathroom we had to change rooms due to the air conditioning not working but this was no trouble for the staff so helpful we had dinner in hotel restaurant it was really lovely the lady Marina could not do enough for us "
