"The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. Right next to the famous FujiQ amusement park as well as dozens of beautiful Onsen with great views of Fuji!! The site of the villas itself was unique with fun camping vibes! "My daughter loves the bunk beds. But it is by the road and quiet noisy and no curtain for the window, lack of privacy."

"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

"Great private onsen, close to hakone cruise ferry. Arrived early before check in time, owner did not respond quick enough for the door lock. Luckily met the owner when arrived at the destination to put in the luggage."

"最寄りの駅の下吉田駅から歩いて行けるので、車がなくても問題ありません。神社もものすごく近くて、リビングからも富士山が見えます。施設もとても綺麗で、間取りも良く、一階と二階にトイレがあり、すごい良かったです。ドライヤーが壊れていて使えませんでしたが、冬ではなかったので、特に問題はありませんでした。"

"Large space in Hakone and very reasonably priced. Good for large groups of fit, young people. Recommended parking is up a very steep hill and stairs to second floor are a little narrow and steep. The house was otherwise clean and comfortable."

"A wonderful place to stay, I highly recommend! We were 4 and had plenty of space, if You’re a group of friends travelling together and visiting Fuji, this is the place to go! I would definitely go back."

"Units were spotless and comfortable and communication with staff for any queries we had were handled quickly and proficiently. Only negative is that the railway line ran right behind the property. Fortunately it was a local train and was not too frequent or bothersome but if you’re after a quiet spot, you may be affected by the noise. "

"A great location right on the lake in Hakone. Although it looked to be fully booked we did not see other guests and it was lovely and peaceful. We stayed for 3 nights and were fortunate to see Mt Fuji for two days of our stay. The onsen in the room was amazing, we used it twice a day or more, so relaxing. It could fit two people, and we loved how the doors opened up to look at the view. We were on level 2 and if you can I would suggest trying to get a room level 3 or higher as we did have some...
