"My stay at this property was wonderful, everything was clean and tidy, and very close to the various winter activities i had planned. I was quite lucky to see the northern lights on the first night. The property location is great as it is far enough away from Fairbanks to avoid the majority of the light pollution making it much easier to view the northern lights, but close enough that it does not take long to get anywhere within Fairbanks. There was an issue with VRBO, however Trudy dedicated a considerable amount of time working with VRBO to resolve the issue. I would recommend this accommodation 100%."

"Clean house, nicely remodeled and had a good assortment of things you can’t bring on a plane! Even a few kitchen/ food items. Bonus was the wide assortment of games. Wi-Fi was good. I really liked the snow man they left. We called him our Snow Overlord."

"The property and home itself were well maintained, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. Unfortunately, we had a rare winter storm roll through mid-October that put a bit of a damper on our stay since we lost a day and half with our son. Obviously, no one's fault at all. We were snowed in and unable to get out of the driveway. The owner was as accommodating as he could be given the situation. We ended up losing power on our last day there but were honestly okay with it since we were checking out the next morning. We were just planning to bundle up and pack our things as best we could before it got dark. However, we also had no water after a few hours. My family is no stranger to being without power since we are from Florida and experienced back-to-back hurricanes in our area this month. But since we were unable to get adequate supplies the day before due to being stuck, we didn't even have bottled water on hand. We decided to check out and go to the hotel on base where my son is stationed. My husband reached out to the owner and asked if we could possibly receive a partial refund for that day and to our sincere and honest surprise, Nick refunded our last night! We were so happy to finally get a win after the hurricanes and being taken advantage of by a company in Florida I won't mention here. Thank you so much for understanding and trying to help us in every way you could. It was truly appreciated by my entire family. "

"What a beautifully furnished and decorated home! The owner has created a lovely little oasis. The home was warm, comfortable, and perfect for our 4 day stay. Plenty of parking space and they anticipated everything we might need."

"For my 70th birthday we came to Alaska in search of Aurora. The cabin was perfect; we even cooked 4 dinners in the well appointed kitchen. Unfortunately the weather was just not cooperating, but the host would share the cloud cover forecast which gave us hope. On the last night at about 11 pm the sky cleared and the stars came out. Just viewing the stars from the cabin was great. Then at about 12:45 we got an amazing Aurora show. So grateful and a perfect ending to our September Alaska Adventure. The host was extremely helpful and very quick with their responses. 10 out of 10."
