「This is a stunning hotel. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style with amazing colours and is spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with my queries before and during our stay. The location is fantastic. It's an up-market area with a stunning square and great restaurants, bars and cafes on its doorstep. 「This is really a hotel I would highly recommend, especially when arriving after a long trip. The hotel's front desk staff were very kind and friendly and offered towels to wipe, which was really touching. The breakfast has many kinds and is very exquisite and delicious. 「Ein tolles Hotel mit geschichtlichem Hintergrund. Zimmer und Bad sind wohltuend groß und geräumig und der Spagat zwischen Geschichte und Moderne ist hier sehr gut gelungen. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. 「This property was amazing! It’s a hidden gem. The little things they do are top notch. They had 2 duvets on the bed so each had your own. They had face clothes. The room was totally decorated and spotless. The cleaned daily. The had homemade cookies at the reception desk that were so good. We dropped out bags early and they moved our bags to our room. 「It is a nicely decorated hotel right next to berlins public square where classical concerts take place in the summer. Unfortunate for us the square has been boarded up for renovation. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The staff served us well. 」

地理位置非常好, Reception笑容親切有禮

"地理位置非常好, 就在Mendelssohn Bartholdy Park station附近, 距離Potsdamer Platz不遠 reception非常有禮貌, 笑容親切, 是我在柏林唯一見過笑容這樣好的人有一小插曲. 因為我們訂的是一張雙人床, 加一張sofa bed. 但我們發現sofa bed沒有打開. 我們於是跟reception反映, 他們非常快速地就有人員上來幫我們整理, 非常有效率"
