「This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it is amazing. It is in a great location close to shopping at Kurfürstendamm, the park Tiergarten, and Berlin Zoo. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are a great size. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with many things to choose from. And also great service! We stayed at the hotel because of the Berlin Half Marathon, and they let us all use the showers in the spa. That was amazing. Also, there is parking right under the hotel. Very...

「Lovely helpful staff, great location with loads of shops nearby, comfy bed, gym has everything you need. Breakfast has a great selection. The lobby is very welcoming and the bar area is a nice place to have a drink and some food. No complaints, would stay here again!」

「The hotel locates near a train station, if on the lower floor it can be disturbing by the noise of the traffic and the train. Otherwise, the location is great to access to shopping, dining , museum island and Berlin Dom. Not sure ( decide not to ask) if the hotel offers room cleaning every day. Our room was not cleaned after first night since we scattered all our stuffs in the room, so we didn’t ask during the stay. 」

「I had a wonderful stay with my colleagues in a spacious room with a big bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The family room layout with two separate rooms and a connecting door was convenient, though we were limited to one king bed and twin beds. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sauna and swimming pool—they're quite small, making it difficult to swim. Overall, it was a nice stay, but those amenities could definitely use some improvement.」
