“It was a nice hotel with nice staff but the bathtub drain was clogged and the blanket smelled strongly of perfume. It suggested to me that it was never washed. ”

“This has been the best hotel experience I've ever had. The young lady at check in made my kids and I feel so welcomed. She let us know about a restaurant deal that we took advantage of (Royal Oak, the food was excellent). The key cards worked great and the room was WOW!!! The cleanest hotel room I've ever seen! The layout of the room was fantastic, very spacious, with a seperate sitting area. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker were appreciated. The shower was great, lots of soap and……

“子連れで5泊利用しました。フロントスタッフもキッチンスタッフも、とてもフレンドリーで親切なので、とても気分良く過ごせました。朝ごはんの種類も多く、味も良かったです。ホテル自体も綺麗で、ランドリールームやジムもあるので、ロングステイでもストレスなく過ごせます。ダウンタウンから離れていて、徒歩圏内にレストランはありませんが、車があれば、空港からも近いし、無料駐車場もあるし、静かでいい場所だと思います。”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”
