"This is a small hotel. We are non smoker but due to this hotel has the anime love live theme, my son wanted to stay here and there is no more room so we took the smoking room. The smell of the cigarettes are very strong so i dont like it. Staff are friendly but they cannot speak English. They try their best to use phone to translate. Its a nice hotel, just i dont like the tobacco smell. "

The area has restaurants near by, the pier is 5 mins away where you can hop on the boats to tour the lake and also go up on the cable car. There is also the largest souvenir store right next door. "Amazing and beautiful hotel. We got the Mt.Fuji view but didn’t get to see it because it was cloudy and rainy when we stayed. The dinner was not what I had expected for the price we paid. "This is function more like BnB than an actual hotel. The check in was confusing, staff were non existence, there is only one bus line that run every 30min, and completely stop about 8pm. The sidewalk is narrow and share the same road as cars, it's especially dangerous at home with limited views. There are no diner nearby and everything closes at around 6pm. "
