"Hotel staff spoke English and were so helpful. We also had a variety of breakfast food at the buffet which I recommend since breakfast restaurants are not plentiful in Japan. The hotel was by a stadium and transportation to different parts of a Tokyo was a short train ride away. Rooms were clean and bathrooms had many amenities like disposable toothbrushes, hairbrushes and toothpaste. A spa was also available."

"The front desk team went out of their way to make guest feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, joyful and helpful.
