Would not recommend to stay here
Planned a 3 night stay for 10. 6 kids. Issue with the location & broken worn out items. Crime is very high in this neighborhood unfortunately . Which you don’t find out until you get the address last minute. Host delivered replacement items for various broken things incl. doughnuts b/c of all the issues we had. They were not willing to refund 2 of 3 nights to let us find another place to stay. The big umbrella outdoors was ready to fall on any of us. Yard is very run down with sand bags, debris, etc. House was very clean, but broken curtain rods, air conditioner in master leaked on table and sounded like it had rocks in it. futon in master would not sleep a adult let alone a child over age 8. Video games were good, but heated pool shut off due to water evaporation. Would have been nice to know before it shut down to fill more water as we lost entire day of swimming due to it being too cold.
