"The stay was OK, the place is located very close to shopping and dinning options. The property itself needs some maintenance and renewal but for the price you pay it is fine."

"This is the best place to stay if you want to visit Universal studios and Universal Islands of Adventure. They do provide shuttle service. Would recommend to use Uber/Lift to visit park(less than $10 on way) instead of paying for $40 at studio parking. Great morning breakfast till 10:00 AM"

"The property was great, room clean and staff at time of arrival was great. Only disappointment I had was the staff the day before checking in. My wife and I called the night before asking a couple questions about the check in process. One of the questions he could not answer and stated the customer who was standing in front of him was more important than us and our questions.
