The airline typically provides accommodations in business class for their passengers. Economy class passengers, such as myself, frequently receive complimentary upgrades or are offered upgrades at a nominal cost, as was the case on this trip. The hotel consistently delivers top-tier accommodations; no further comment is necessary. However, a significant disparity exists in the quality of service provided across the hotel chain."
