"Best overall hotel in Addis. "

"Roaches (bugs). No Shower towels. (Had to ask for towels in the room for 2 hours.) This is a 2 star Motel faking as a 3 star Hotel. Very loud with the location. Thin walls and road round about do not mix. Use earplugs just to sleep."

"They didn’t provide shuttle, no internet, not even toilet paper was provided. They forced me to pay cash even I showed them my receipt from Expedia and made me delayed my flight. "

"The front desk employees and the manager are the worst i ever seen. The rooms are bad and no hot water in the room to shower. Food is bad. They advertise that they have a shuttle but they don't send any one to pick you up from the airport. I had to pay money and take a taxi to the hotel where i stayed only 1 day. Wat a disgusting place and managers. I don't know how this hotel got 4 star!"
