"Lovely warm welcome from owners and their dogs. Enjoyed the quirky decor and excellent breakfast menu. Very comfortable bed. Attractive garden area. "Two things that aren’t obvious on the booking: 1. The Spa and Gym are not included in the price. These are an extra charge even though the description implies they are included. 2. There are no blinds/curtains in the room (they can’t be fitted because the building is listed). Eye masks are provided but if you’re a light sleeper then one to avoid. The property is in a stunning building, a lovely area of the harbour and has been well renovated and looked after. "

"Great stay at Grosvenor -the staff were friendly and helpful at all times and the room was clean and comfortable , it looked like it has been fairly recently refurbished which was a bonus! The location so close to the Hoe and seafront and shopping areas was brilliant , we hope to make a return trip to hotel next time in plymouth!"

"Good clean hotel with great service from all staff we encountered. Room was comfortable and really clean with good good views over Plymouth on 10th floor. The shower pressure wasn’t great. Liked the leisure facilities and the restaurant on the top floor again with excellent views. The breakfast was delicious with good selection. Reception staff greeted us well as did staff in restaurant. Also cleaning staff on 10th floor (Eleanor and another lady) were super. Would definitely recommend...
