"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The space was extremely comfortable and well decorated. The views are amazing. Only downside is I believed that the cooking presentations were mediocre. I thought they could show how sauces were prepared rather than just assembling a meal."

"We had such a lovely time staying at The Panoramic Getaway. The hotel was spotless and had great amenities. We took advantage of the rooftop pool, restaurants, and Ayurvedic treatments. Front Desk Supervisor Ambu, Food Manager Mathew, Restaurant Manager Vipin, restaurant staff George (Chocolate Maker), and Chef Sabu were all excellent. The shows and activities at the hotel were equally enjoyable for both kids and adults. It’s a great place to stay—home away from home—and our entire 10-member team enjoyed every minute of the stay."

"We stayed three nights at this resort. The greenery around this property is breathtaking! The staff were really helpful and attentive although a few areas can be improved. The last ten minutes or so to get to this place had awful road conditions compared to other roads in Kerala. This is not entirely properly’s fault but they and the other resort owners on the same road should be able to influence the government or pave it at their own expense. The lunch at this pkace was awesome! We should have eaten here everyday! The breakfast and dinner buffet was so so. Also, they were understaffed during these times and could not be as attentive. The buggy service was a hot or miss. We had two senior citizens staying with us and one of them had knee surgery recently and without the buggy it would be almost impossible her to access the hilly terrain. The buggies did not always come on time. However, they apologized and ultimately sent them. We rented a two bedroom property with pool. The place was spotless and beautiful! We will be back again. If you have a car/driver, skip the breakfast or dinner and opt for the lunch gir your half board option. Some of the dishes made to order during lunch are the best I had in Kerala! "I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The villa with the pool was grand, private and beautiful. I just wished the mountain view was not blocked by all the shrubs. I think that was not the case with the second villa they had on property. The breakfast buffet was perfect with variety and tasted authentic. We tried the spa service as well and I enjoyed it as well. The price for the booking was very steep but the service and room was worth it. There is one comment however I would like to make. Although I had made the booking in my name, they treated my friend as the superior although I mentioned he is a friend not my husband. I wanted to tey an independent excursion in the morning when my friend was asleep and the security staff was very reluctant to arrange an auto at first and asked me if I took permission from my friend before going out. Given that.many foreigners travel here, I was not expecting that cross questioning. They finally did call me an auto when I said I'll walk up the hill to get one myself instead. I visited Munnar during peak summer in April, and since the rooms only have fans we did toss and turn at night. But I had a splendid stay there."
