"The location was away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, but an easy 15 minute walk. Great restaurants very close. The host provided excellent check in information, with videos for the shower and stiff key. I would echo all of the positives listed by others. I always appreciate hosts who are thoughtful to leave a few amenities, coffee, sugar, etc. though this place had only what was left behind from a previous person who stayed there."

"This is a dream VRBO for NYC! The apartment is exactly as pictured. The location was absolutely amazing with restaurants and stores all around and easy to get to the subway, as well as walking to cool stuff. I was impressed how quiet it is at night since the apartment is off a courtyard, set back from the street. The shower was amazingly good - great water pressure and loads of hot water. "Great unit in Jersey City minutes from Liberty State Park & convenient to get into NYC. I was traveling with my six-year-old taking him to the Big Apple for the first time. It was a cold week in New York so we were grateful for having a comfortable home to seek refuge and hang out. Didn't see as many site as I had planned, but he had a great time. Thank you."

"This apartment is even better than the listings and pictures suggest. It’s a ground floor apartment that runs the entire depth of the building from the Street to the back. There’s a private outdoor space in back. Nice appliances including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The linens are also very nice. And the location is terrific too, lots of stores and restaurants close by."

"i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...
