"First time, staying here, And this hotel is just OK kind of basic if you’re not looking for room service or a nice restaurant bar/restaurant. Kind of pricey but great location to Central Park and Time Square. We asked for lightbulbs for our room a couple times, but no one ever brought them up. We just took them from the hallway because our room was so dark. Housekeeping would freshen up the rooms, but would forget to leave towels and tissue. We had to call down or find them in the hallways. ...

"I felt the property was in an excellent location. Close to everything! Definitely recommend for walking to broadway shows. Rockefeller, 5th avenue shopping. Great pizza places around property!! Bar and dining experience very good. Views are amazing at the rooftop bar and restaurant beast and butterflies. "
