No.40 was originally known as the Echuca East Milkbar for over 80 years. After an extensive refurbishment, it is now one of the most sort after rental properties in the area.

No 40 is cleaned and maintained by Echuca Holiday Homes and is presented to the highest standard. We are local and available 24/7 throughout your stay.

We use premium 5 Star hotel sheets and towelling so you won’t need to worry about packing linen or making up beds when you arrive!

You will receive a Digital Welcome Book which has everything you will need to know about the home and Echuca Moama for your stay. Simply click and share it with your group so you can plan your perfect trip!

Amazing place!
We were a group of 10 and stayed 4 nights. We had great times both relaxing and fun. such a great place to stay with more than enough entertainment facilities. very clean indoor and huge outdoor. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful place to stay
I stayed 1 night with a group of 9. We had a blast, what a great place to stay. Modern industrial style, entertainment plus. Huge tv, great surround sound, heaps of games, clean and tidy. Bunk beds were very comfortable as well. I would definately stay here again and have no hesitation recommending the property to others.

A Unique Oasis
This is a delightful property with quite unique features, having been converted from a corner store. Wonderfully large lounge spaces are complemented by a modern kitchen/meals area and plenty of bedrooms. Off-street parking is also a bonus. The wealth of internal space has permitted a range of innovative items, such as a pool table, poker table and bar. This is really a treasure within suburbia. Highly recommended.

A nice quick get away with family
This quaint little house had a good place for the kids to play pool and table tennis. Photos were a bit deceptive regarding how big the yard was, but as it’s a converted milk bar, the place served us for what we needed; which was a break from a hectic past 2.5 years

Great family house
We had a terrific time. House very well equipped with great in-house entertainment with the pool table and table tennis. It was also great for the dog. The aircon was also on when we arrived which was extremely considerate, especially because it was 40 degrees when we arrived. Would definitely go back.

Great Holiday House
This is a cool house, converted from a previous store. It has everything you need and the entertainment/living room is amazing. We couldn’t turn on the surround sound, there was no remote or simple instructions for it, and it would have been great as we were watching the afl grand final. Not walking distance to Main Street but an awesome house that we would stay again, definitely.

Family fun
This was the perfect house for a short getaway with 3 teenage boys. The pool table, table tennis, darts, card table and basketball zone got them OFF their devices, a parents dream! Only downside was the 1 toilet but we managed. Perfectly clean and warm and the kitchen was a pleasure with the sun pouring in. Echuca was lovely to stroll through, great food and shopping.
