"We stayed in room 32 for 2 nights over new years and were lucky enough to see the fireworks in Hobart from our little balcony. The unit was very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. We loved it! Not a fan of the car park as it’s on a hill, but that wasn’t a big deal. "

"This was more of a self serve property. The front desk was never staffed and when I checked in,4pm ish on. Tuesday I called the number and they gave me a code to a lock box. The room was nice but the hallway had a big echo from anyone in it and the carpet on the stairs was very worn. Also the windows were quite old and conducted so I d quite clearly from the nearby busy street. That being said the location was good, the battery park area is a very cute and attractive neighborhood."

"This property is ideally located for tourism, especially if your don't have a car, being near Brooke Pier, the starting point of most excursions and the stop of the airport SkyBus. From there, you can walk easily to everywhere around the Waterfront and Salamanca place, with its many pubs, restaurants and eateries, and its weekend market. "Kingston is about 10km from Hobart, however the hotel is just off the highway so it’s about 15mins drive to Hobart city. There’s supermarkets and restaurants on the other side of the road so very convenient. There’s also a beach in the area. The room is spacious with all amenities like kettle and cups with plates to make tea and full toiletries in the bathroom. Car parking is available and lovely staff. I would definitely stay here again."

"Good location to start your Tasmania holiday. There are several dining options around the building, across the street. Just avoid the fish and chips in the kebab store, fish taste like rubber. Coles just across the building too."
