「There were a couple of maitenance issues which we had to work around. The kitchenette is quite basic for the cost of a stay. No stove or oven. Location is good, however you have to carry everything up quite a few steep stairs.」

「Very comfortable and cozy house with more than enough amenities. There were more than enough dishes for all of. We were 6 adults and 3 toddlers. Ample parking space for a 12 seater van/truck as well. All of us enjoyed the stay. Mark and Miriam was so friendly when I asked for a favour, they were more than happy to accommodate that which was a big help for us with 3 toddlers. 」

「Fantastic views of the Derwent River and bridge from both the lounge and kitchen. The property itself was old and tired and in need of updating. No instructions on how to work oven, microwave etc. It had been cleaned prifessionally but not very well, a dust, hoover and wipe down of surfaces. There were cobwebs up and down. We also had problems gaining entry to the property (even though the rental was fully paud for) due to a very stubborn letting agent.」
