“Thank you Lucy and Raymond, your property was very relaxing, clean, tidy and exactly as shown at booking.Having the chill out space next to bottom bedroom was brilliant for our young miss 11, nice and quiet for herself and her puppy. Nice evening walks to beach close by.”

“Beautiful well appointed home with great views of the River, immaculately maintained with all the comforts of home. Spacious bedrooms and a gourmet kitchen allow for beautiful memories to be made.Short drive to Hobart and all the area has to offer. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience the best of Hobart /Tasmania while having access to all the areas amenities without being in the middle of the coty. “Extremely comfortable home for a group of friends. Beautifully decorated with furniture suitable for the age of the house but with modern amenities that complimented it. Distance from the harbour and restaurants was easily solved by a mixture of walking or taxi or uber. We would be delighted to return to this place again. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you. ”

“Such an awesome place, house has everything you need in the kitchen, modern new tv, great little speaker, comfy beds, massive couch, beach access and unbeatable views from upstairs and downstairs! Didn’t want to leave! ”

“Loved the light from the windows, during the day you were able to see the garden and be apart of the garden. No Flyscreens seems to be a very Tassy thing, (and a leaky toilet, that I am sure someone will fix), but the floor boards, colours and beds were beautiful. The space is open, welcoming and relaxing; really needed the fans 4/12 days, so A BIG THANK YOU TO MANAGEMENT FOR THAT. Loved the flowers in the garden, fruit trees, Chinese Tulip Tree, and my colours: purple and white in the potted……

“The property was amazing and the hosts were very approachable. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The views were spectacular and it was very close to the city. We had a great time in a very relaxing environment. We will definitely stay again!”

“There were a couple of maitenance issues which we had to work around. The kitchenette is quite basic for the cost of a stay. No stove or oven. Location is good, however you have to carry everything up quite a few steep stairs.”

“The property was fine. As mentioned in the ad there’s no living area so the ad is very effective. We did have some issues with the bed. And it is a little difficult to find late at night. I think the directions for the actual entrance to the property area could be better.. Good communication with landlord And Repairs managed effectively as needed”
