"Everything was excellent about this place I want to go back again and again. There is only a little bit of sewage smell around the sports bar outside. And it would be nice if you could play pool or bowling without being charged. Would also wish that they would not charge to go into the wave pool water slide area. Everything else is fantastic"

"The property was spectacular. The rooms were huge and clean, the beach and pools were beautiful. The food was great, and the craft cocktails were amazing. Our butler Esteban was always available and we enjoyed his company. Jerry the Craft Bartender was great! Willy at the Steakhouse and Seaside for breakfast was so helpful and nice. The staff were all amazing. That's what I miss the most! "

"Staff was amazing, room was great with upgrade for the double balcony, food was actually very very good for being an all inclusive,. Room service ended slightly early but who really cares when you’re in such a good place. Sports bar right in the middle open until 2am was perfect."

"We thought the food quality was decent overall, to better than average, compared to a couple of other AI resorts (1 Jamaica and 1 other PC). The room was well-appointed and the Nespresso was a nice touch. The staff were overall very pleasant. The beach was perfect with plenty of chairs and towels in our club areas. The only downside was the decor/theme in the various restaurants (Italian, French and Japanese) we thought the lighting and decorations could be significantly improved to add to the ambiance. In our opinion, this would be a nice time to remodel those and make them feel more special. "
