"We were blown away by the set up of the cabin, the bunk beds were super comfy, the location was perfect. Outside of town, but still close enough to restaurants and businesses if that’s what you’re looking for. Close to the beaches and state park, but in enough trees to not have to get the full winds when they come. We had a blast, we can’t wait to come back soon with more of our family. "

"Nate’s property was exactly as described. The large pull-through driveway was great, as we had 2 full size vehicles both towing trailers. Easy access onto trail 3 for dog walks and side by side exploration! Our Husky brought a friend up for lunch and an afternoon trail ride followed by some pool before heading back to campus. Mohawk is a great starting point for waterfall exploration, and the Superette has anything the rental property might not have. The assortment of kitchen utensils, pots, pans and storage containers was second to none! Bathrooms had extra toiletries. Water pressure and temperature were wonderful! With 3+ more years of my son at MTU, we will definitely book this property again!"

"Had an unforgettable and absolutely lovely time here with my husband and our dog. The cabin is cozy, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location is stunning — it doesn't get any better than a fire on the shores of Lake Superior. Jason and Misty were kind and communicative and I really appreciated the thorough list of recommendations they gave us. We hope to stay here again!! 11/10 experience. "

"The view out the back window and off the balcony are amazing! The house had everything we needed to cook meals and hang out. The sauna was a nice treat especially on the cooler fall mornings. It is about 15-20 minute drive from the nearest convenience stores and gas stations but that was never an issue for us as the owners told us this ahead of time and told us where to stop on the way in to avoid needing to head back."

"Beautiful location; short walk to the beach and pretty centralized in the Keweenaw Peninsula, so it's convenient for seeing the whole area. Not much to do in Eagle River, but we liked how calm town was so you could go see the rest of the area and come back and relax. The house is the perfect size for a small family or group and the decorating makes it feel comfy and inviting. "
