Gorgeous condo with stunning views
The condo was beautiful and the views from the windows and long deck were stunning. BUT, not easy for seniors or those with disabilities. Pictures show entering the building right from your parking place, which is true, but they fail to mention the steep curving steps down to the apartment. Yes, the stairs are seen in a dining room picture of the condo, but without an explanation, we assumed they went up to the bedrooms. There was no instruction/info manual like every other vrbo we have stayed at. So it takes a while to figure out the TV, coffeemaker, dishwasher, etc. We arrived on game 5 of the NBA finals and looked forward to enjoying the game after a long trip. The TV has NO LIVE NETWORK CHANNELS! And the second lounge tv has no streaming. For the rate charged, one would expect the basics!!! We are in our 70s and because of the stairs we were unable to use our luggage wagon. Taking each piece of luggage and all of our food down AND AGAIN UP on the day we left was a killer. But the location for restaurants was super and the views can't be beat if you can get down those stairs. PS-it would help if an entry hall light is left on for arrivals. There is a step-down about 6-8 feet from the door that you can't see in the dark and my husband almost fell. Sorry this seems so negative, but these issues should be explained in the property description so renters are aware. Thanks!

Diamond in Duluth
The Odin is simply amazing! We stayed at Njord for a family get away and enjoyed every minute. The views are unbelievable...from all rooms. There is plenty of space to relax, play games, puzzle, snuggle in for movies...all next to a fire. The kitchen is beautiful and again...has an unbelievable view. Location can't be beat with so places within walking distance. Dillon was very helpful and wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend this property. It's truly a gem!

Lovely place. We had poor weather the entire time we were in Duluth, but felt wonderful to stay in and did not feel at all shortchanged because of how lovely the property was. We shall be back.

Superb property & location
This is an amazing renovated historic building which happens to be in the heart of amazing restaurants & shops as well as the convenience on Duluth's Lakewalk! Will definitely be considering this properties rentals for upcoming visits. The accommodations & communication are top notch!
