"it was quiet stay in which i appreciate, but my room still had a few hairs left behind in the shower on the floor and especially in the sink. You could tell they use towels for dusting and maybe a little overuse of one rag.. i would try investing in the Swiffer dusters. also there was food crumbs in top crevice of the fridge. other than that the stay was about expected."

"This property has some serious maintenance issues, with key cards that randomly deactivate, locking you out, strange bugs in the rooms and literal pieces missing out of the laminate floor which is craving and coming up in places. There's also huge patches in the walls and floors and ceiling that aren't finished with paint, just really sloppy drywall. "

"Easy to drop off our car the valet was great and check in a breeze! Room was great and everyone very attentive. The surrounding area all decked out for the holiday feeling very Christmas! So glad we stayed the night after the Thunder Kings game. "
