"The only real problem I had was I was not able to turn the heat on in my room it kept blowing cold air and I couldn’t turn it off also the toilet seat doesn’t stay up you have to hold it up at least my toilet seat was acting that way. "

"Staff was accommodating. I wish they were more attentive in having shower caps and slippers for guests. Comfortable bed, not so comfortable pillows. Property front door had staff. The back door which is open to public restaurants and out door shopping mall did not have any staff attending it. Pretty much anyone can walk in and follow a guest to the elevators which are located in a hallway away from the reception. Could be made safer. "

"Everything was great except a few things. The tub was not fully cleaned and the sink dripped the entire time. The balcony was closed off unfortunately for our room m but was still a lovely sight and want a big deal to us. The bed is super comfy and the tub is HUGE with jets to relax. My only other issue was I never saw any staff even for check in and out, you have to text if you need anything which I find to be an inconvenience. "

"The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....
