"We arrived at the hotel at 5pm. The reception is not manned after 12 noon. We were told we should have a email with the codes to access on line check in, which should arrive 24 hrs prior to check in. This email was non existent. The contact telephone number didn’t work. We were stuck. We ended up booking another hotel. We did receive an email from the hotel at 8:15pm. But it was too late at that point. "This place is not a hotel, it's a dump. Expedia must check places before listing them . The people in charge bought a restaurant , along came with it few rooms , that Expedia calls hotel. First there's no reception area or a receptionist. The cashier of the restaurant gives a key to a room and that is it . Rooms are unhealthy, old , dirty , 2 towels. You are on your own once you are in the room. No one knows that you are there. The employees of the restaurant don't know what you are talking...
