"We thought we were going to stay in Losheim, but instead, our FeWo was in Scheiden, a town 5 km. away. Once we got used to having to drive to Losheim for our groceries, it was OK. The apartment was spacious and we were quite comfortable there. The area was very rural, with bike and walking paths throughout. One could actually see the night sky from the bathroom skylight! It was easy to get to neighboring towns, such as Mettlach and Trier, from where we were. Our hosts were friendly and helpful."

"Na zoveel positieve reviews waren wij erg benieuwt naar dit huis in het voor ons nog onbekende Saarland/Duitsland. Bij aankomst werden we heel hartelijk ontvangen door de gastheer en gastvrouw. Zij wonen aan de voorkant waar meer dan voldoende parkeerplek is. Via een kort steil paadje kwamen we bij het vakantie verblijf aan de achterzijde. "We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and clean, overlooking the lovely schloss gardens. Very quick access to St. Johannes Market via the Alte Brucke. Nice quiet neighborhood and a dedicated parking spot through the courtyard. We had a minor issue with the shower draining and the owner took care of it immediately. We felt this apartment offered incredible value for the price. We will try to book this property again when we return to the Saarbrucken...

"Very nice and well kept apartment. Quiet and cozy. Location was perfect for us, since we went all over the place. Lieselotte is very nice and came right over after contacting her with some issues we had. Just in not understanding on how things worked German to English. If we ever get back to the area we will definitely stay again."
