It’s just 2 stations away from Ueno which the Keisei Skyline from Narita stops, hence easy to travel to and from Narita. All staff are English speakers and very helpful especially Fukui-San who helped us with the luggage transfer. Also walking distance to Senso-ji temple. Room is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities"

"Love the location of the property. Super near station with eateries and 24 hr supermarket. Multiple local bus rides to disneyland. Not too expensive for a cab ride either if you want to get to disney even earlier to try your best to grab the priority passes. Property was clean and functional. We enjoyed the stay!"

"Stayed there for 6 days with my family. It is in a great location that is safe and quiet. It is about 4 minutes walking distance from Okachimachi Station. The museum district is about 5 minutes away via train...Okachimachi to Ueno Station. There were also lots of dining options close by. "

"As the name suggests, they turn an apartment into a hotel. It's a very high-end apartment at that. So you have all the privacy and independency to yourself. It's very new as well when we stay during 2024 December. "

"As always we had a pleasant stay at Minn Nishi Kasai! I highly recommend staying here, family friendly, you have plenty options near by for shopping and eating and transportation! "

"Our fourth stay at a Mimaru property and it didn’t disappoint!"

"The pokemon theme room quite impressive although the snorlax pushy looks a bit dirty. The whole room is with pokemon design except the toilet. Around 10mins walk from station, no shelter. "

"Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. There was storage for suitcases which was very practical for those staying in the tatami room. The main washroom was spacious with double vanity. Walking distance to main asakusa area was great. Also close by is Tokyo...

"The staff here are amazing. Helpful and kind. The room was huge and perfect for the three of us. The location is very near to Ueno train station and easily walkable to the park and shopping."

"Hotel was overall pretty clean. Could’ve used one last quick vacuuming prior to our check in. Kitchen was great and made it easy to save money on eating out. Fridge was nice and cold and freezer made it easy to keep treats frozen. Microwave made it easy to warm up instant rice. I also emailed the hotel 1 month prior to check in as I wanted to have packages delivered there to be held for when I arrive and they graciously allowed me to do so. "The hotel is very nice, clean, the staff are very nice and polite, they have busses running every hour to the airport and also to Narita station and Aeon Mall. If you are new to Japan the location is very helpful since wherever you go in Tokyo just take the busses to Narita airport which there are plenty of in major areas then take the free shuttle back to the hotel. The train station and bus stations are also located at the airport so it's your main point of travel to and around major areas in Tokyo.I dont have a single complaint really. I loved my stay here and would gladly come back again."

Perfect for a young family

"&Here had amazing amenities and friendly staff. Our room was very spacious and was able to accommodate our family with infants really well. The ohayo bento breakfast was filling and very convenient to get in the morning. We liked that we didn’t have to request it ahead of time. We only ran into one hiccup about payment for an amenity."
