“Todo estuvo bien, había cancelado una habitación para 4 personas y nos acomodaron en 2 habitaciones, sin embargo, entre habitaciones se escuchaba el ruido y fue incómodo sentir huéspedes a altas horas de la noche hablando o haciendo ruido. ”

“The hotel was nice and comfortable. It was smaller then expected but we made it work. The host julia is incredible. She provided us with items to cook breakfast everyday and was easy to get in touch with if needed. There was hot water and the toilets worked! We stayed in the unit that had the overlooking terrace over cusco and it was gorgeous. ”

Spa package disappointing due to unclean jacuzzi, though massage by Carmen was excellent. Staff performance mixed, with only two standout employees.
