Extended family of 11 had a wonderful time! Lots of space, lovely home! Wish the weather was warmer but the pool was beautiful.

Not sure I'd stay here again.
Overall, the stay was OK. Issues that we ran into. 1. It states on the sign that gold carts are ok to have on property as long as its 1 of the 3 vehicles. We received a text at 2am that the rented gold cart in the driveway had to be moved or it will be towed. When we awoke, we saw a final notice sticker on the rented golf cart (very hard to remove) and keep in mind we never got a first notice. We spoke to the HOA manager and she said they just made the rule up but nobody knew about it. Frustrating when we spend $500 on a rental and had to park it in a parking lot that charged $30/day. Spoke with several managers and no one was willing to help... 2. House was very, very dirty. We noticed that our feet were turning black, and it was due to walking barefoot on the floor. Pretty gross!! We found old garbage, sandals, etc. under the couch, bed like it wasn't cleaned. 3. Shelving was falling apart, only had 1 circle cookie sheet and lacking several general cookware's. 4. Sleeps 16 people but you only get a few rolls of TP and a dishwasher pod. Kinda silly that they don't supply more when you're paying thousands of dollars to stay here. In the end we made the best of it, kids had fun in the pool. But for the amount of money, we spent it was very pricy for what we got.

Dirty and Pictures are misleading
First, we love Destin, and will continue to come back. But, this house was filthy and falsely advertised. The 2nd "main suite" doesn't have it's own bathroom, that's not a suite, that's a room with a king bed. The house was flat out filthy, no character (put some pictures up for crying out loud), and the pictures made this house look way better than it actual is.
