"The receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The room itself was very nice and the beds were very comfortable! The only 'complaint' would be the cleanliness of the bathroom whih was not good (mould on the vents etc.) Overall, the stay was very nice. "

"Excellent location, great facilities - was lovely to have a fridge in the room. The staff were all fantastic and we really appreciated the reception staff giving us plates/cutlery/condiments for food in our room. Huge thanks to Anna on reception for contacting me and keeping my medication safe when I left it behind. Overall a really pleasant and enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area. "we did upgrade the room which was nothing like in the picture ,nonethe less was comfortable and clean with very good views.the staff were beyond reproach very helpfull and very very polite at all times,did find that the rooms were not easy to find ,but the exercise was good up and down all those stairs to get there regards eddie"

"Pros: Stunning reception area, feels really posh, plenty of parking space, sufficient disabled parking, if you put your number plate in at reception there's no parking charge, bathroom very nice, room very clean, room has a balcony which is nice just to stand out with a coffee and get some air (even if the view is a busy road) , very quiet so had a good sleep, there was some kind of free Starbucks offer in the reception area but I didn't know how it worked and we were in a rush - absolutely...
