"I like that the hotel is nice and clean , the rooms are also clean the staff are quick to respond if needing things such as extra blankets or towels, what I would suggest is more options for places to eat. "

"The room was awesome. But one of the lights did not aork. And it was extremely hard to get the air the stay at a contant temperature. Our room was frequently up to 80° and would have turn air way low. It would get way too cold and the process would repeat."

"The hotel is beautifully renovated, and the facilities are impressive. However, the staff's attitude was disappointing. At check-in, the front desk clerk demanded a $100 cash deposit while tapping on the glass, and when checking out, the housekeeper at the front desk was silent and did not acknowledge us. She inspected our room before returning the deposit but didn't express any gratitude or friendliness. Overall, the experience felt cold and unwelcoming."
