"We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. The kids loved the cereal selection and I adored the nespresso every morning on the quiet deck. We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet! "Lovely property in close proximity to the beach at Challaborough Bay and a short walk to Bigbury. The property was as described and overlooks the Challaborough Bay holiday park. It's great for surfing and visiting Bigbury/Burgh Island. Salcombe is a short drive and there are many National Trust places to visit. Note that the drive down to the property is a typical road to the coast (e.g. steep and narrow)."

"Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. I know we'll be back again in the future x the week"

"Amazing location, amazing house and huge dining table so we could all break bread together! Lovely amenities and washer and dryer were a dream. Only recommendation would be to add hairdryers (at least one) and games or books, at least playing cards. Beautiful stay and highly recommend Torquay Watersports for coastal explorer -90 min. "

I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive. "Just returned from a lovely holiday at Bovisand. The views across Plymouth sound were amazing and the kids had a great time. Everything was just as described and our hosts were everything you could ask for. I only had very minor issues. The first being the road into the estate is not for the faint hearted, very narrow single track road with limited visibilty. Had a couple of near misses with drivers driving too fast. "We had an excellent stay here. Beautiful property with plenty of space for a group of 8 of us. Including children between the ages of 1 and 5 years old. We made use of the swimming facilities on site. Mary is a lovely host. Who answered all of our questions promptly . I would not hesistate to stay here again "

"This is a really nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean, had everything we needed and the bed was really comfy. We had a room overlooking the road and had the windows open so it was a little noisy but not overwhelming and what you'd expect really. We've stayed in a sea view room previously where the only was literally the sea but the room was older and a little more "tired" but still well equipped and clean so I guess it all balances out. Parking is easy. "
