The place was mostly fine. All I really cared about was location, the pool table, and the hot tub, which it had. I recommend bringing your own pillow if you don't like gigantic fluff balls with no neck support, but that's just me. It took more than just filling out the vrbo form and paying online to get this set up. After that there was email after email -- fill out this form, send us this info, send us this info that you already provided, on and on. I have no less than 16 emails from them about my 2 night stay. Enough already, I'm on vacation! The second issue was that in all that "communication" the really helpful details weren't provided, like how to work the hot tub, with it's non-intuitive controls, what the 5 million remotes went to, how to get the AC to turn on in the game room (it was not on the central heat and air and was very hot and stuffy), the fact that you have to turn the shower to C for hot and H for cold, how to work some of the weird light switches, how to turn on/off the lights without also turning on/off the fans, and so on. And lastly, they really, really need some sort of steps to get in and out of the hot tub so you don't risk breaking your neck trying to climb up into it, and a rug at the back door to wipe your feet on after being in the hot tub, so you don't slip all over their concrete floors.
