"This conclave of condos is as close to Disneyland Hotel as the main Disney parking lots. Our 70 year old selves had only an 11 minute walk to the Disneyland Hotel where we could walk through the lobby and right in to Downtown Disney. This unit is ideally set up for a good size family but not ideal for adult couples. "The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. "The property I originally poked was canceled by the host because of a leak. He offered another property in the same building. When I arrived in the new offered property I was hit in the face with a HORRIBLE smell coming from the dishwasher. I came there for one night stay with my kid and his basketball family for a tournament. So when we arrived we needed to cook and get them fed and in bed ready for the nest morning. The dishes were not cleaned I found food inside of the cooking pots ...

"Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...
