Costa Brava Casino Hotel

"Apartment was a lot smaller than we expected. You have to pay an €100 deposit uppon arrival which was unexpected. No bed sheets, towels, toilet roll etc. were provided. The bunk beds were comfy but they were actually 2 single beds nailed on top of each other so didnt seem safe. The toilet had a horrible smell of urine the whole time but was not leaking. But the shower/bath facilties were decent. The sofa pillows and throw were dirty, smelled of urine and had stains on it so we did...

"Morning breakfast staff, the old lady who is in charge is so rude.She doesn't know how to respect guest. She treated me with my skin color. Only because of her, I will never go back or advice any of my family and friends to go this hotel. Apart from this woman, all staff are so kind and frinedly.Everything was good. I also working in Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel. I understand customer service too."
